Who wants to help with photos and videos for the website?
Hi Everyone,
It would be great to get more photos and videos on the website. I am looking for people who know how to take a video and then upload it on youtube. I can make youtube videos play easily on this website and thought it would make a good feature.
So if you have an iphone or a camera and don’t mind taking a few happy snaps, then please do so and let me know.
cheers

Former Cardinal reaches dizzy heights
Cardinal favourite and former Best and Fairest winner Lach McDonough has been selected to represent the 1st XVIII for Old Scotch against Trinity on Saturday. Named on the bench, Old Scotch will look to utilise Lach’s agility and freakish goal sense up forward as they strive for their second win of the season.
Good Luck Lach, do the Cardinals proud!
Cardinals v Mazenod, 1 May
G’day All,
Let’s make sure we are focused and switched on for this weeks game from the start and have another win on the board. As was said last night, there are no easy games in football and this week will be a good test for us.

A message from the King
Given the negative responses, and the landside win to Andrew Fraser in the popularity contest, I’ve decided to pull the pin on the mock match reports. I’m not familiar with being unpopular, and it’s a feeling I’m rather uncomfortable with. ( I know now how Bowey feels on a daily basis) Therefore, from now on, all reports will be succinct and accurate.
Regards,
King
Belated Match Report
Judging by some individual performances, the 9:30 start at James Boss was a touch early for a few players. Thommo looked like a bear waking from a winter’s hibernation while Bowey arrived in a cab, still dressed in the previous nights attire, chewing at the bit.
With the usual suspects starting on the bench, the ball was bounced, and the rugby scrum we call a football match got under way.
Jumper Presentation, 28 April
Just to remind everyone we will be holding our jumper presentation tomorrow night after training, starting around 8pm. Everyone is expected to attend
It will be held at one of the clubs sponsors, Club Hawthorn. Details are:

Richmond Central Cardinals top of the ladder
The mighty Richmond Cardinals grace the top of the Club XVIII ladder after 2 rounds following a solid 50 point win over Hampton Rovers. In other news the 1sts won over Swinburn Razorbacks after running away with the wind in the last but the reserves lost to the Razorbacks in what was a close game marred by inaccuracy by the snakes.
